Befriend an Austistic Person
Many people who are autistic are usually teased and rejected because of their autism. You can help them by befriending them and helping them feel included and making their lives better and happier.
This is a one-time pledge that can be fulfilled any time.

Its's great to have an autistic friend because they are more friendly and loyal than someone else. Not to say that people that don't have autism are mean, it's just they're a bit less accepting. My friend has down syndrome, which is teased just as much as autism, and she's one of the best friends a person could have. She's kind, talented, and has more love in her heart than anyone I know.

I think it's also important for Autistics to befriend each other, because we don't have to kindly practice tolerance and understanding, we take each others differences for granted and aren't alienated by them. We can be sure that no pity is involved. Not that I'm saying the participants just act out of pity, but it can still leave that impression sometimes.
